My client, based in the Luxury Travel Industry is looking for a Digital Product Manager.

The Digital Product Manager role is a role that is the guardian of the customer experience and satisfaction on the website using commercial and engagement metrics; creating on-site experiences that our customers will love and that will sustain and drive their business.

As Digital Product Manager, you will ensure their website is on brand to define what it should evolve to in order to become a true high end business. You will look after the data to measure performance and health of the (existing and new) features from a commercial point of view. You will work with the CEO to define, prioritise and manage the product roadmap including new features requirement definition. They'll closely work cross-functionally with pretty much every Head of function; e.g. Head of Digital Marketing and Head of Engineering.

As a Digital Product Manager, your role will be key to help the Company deliver on its growth targets and build the future of luxury travel.

As Digital Product Mansger, you will be an experienced professional with a passion for delivering customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

You will be developing the product strategy and roadmap, in conjunction with the CEO, and delivering on it. Your core objective will be to drive Conversion Rate Optimisation and Net-Promoter Score for a HNW/UHNW audience using AB testing/MVT, Merchandising and Go-to-market plans. You will bring methods and experience that help the Digital Product function thrive.

You relish research insights and statistics to understand who customers are, their dreams and fears, behaviours and needs, and translating insights into effective strategies has no secret for you. You can cut through the noise to prioritise and will have worked within a culture that has built solid best practices.

Intelligent, pragmatic and a first-rate problem solver, you are also a great team player able to build strong working relationships and work collaboratively across functions.

As Digital Product Manager, What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver against customer acquisition and retention, revenue, NPS and conversion rate targets

  • Define product features, bring them to market and successfully drive their adoption

  • Develop value propositions, positioning and go-to-market plans

  • Contribute to the Digital Product strategy and roadmap

  • Build an experience that exceeds customer expectations and business targets

  • Collect customer feedback and research insights to interpret user behaviour and contribute to the voice of the customer

  • Take an iterative approach and leverage best practices

  • Write stories and manage their prioritisation to maximise value

  • Clearly communicate product features and value to stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across functions to drive

    successful product adoption

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, market and insights research to ensure

    successful product positioning

  • Constantly monitor analytics, insights and report on performance

    What we’re looking for

  • Experience of 7+ years of delivering performance in a digital product role

  • Experience of 5+ years in premium / private travel (preferred) or luxury e-retail

  • Proven and consistent track record of achieving performance against targets

  • Deep understanding of insights and data analysis techniques

  • Experience in Agile, A/B testing, MVT

  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Commercially minded with a focus on results

  • Resilient with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details

  • Impeccable organisational, project management and prioritisation skills gained in a

    fast-paced environment

  • A team player with strong work ethic

  • Analytical, data-driven and pragmatic

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience

  • Must have the right to work in the UK
