The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will lead and develop a team of Digital Marketing Executives, and will be responsible for delivering the digital product and performance marketing campaigns in-house with support from our media agency partners. The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will lead on implementing next generation adtech including Double Click DSP and Data Management Platform.
The successful candidate will be an exceptionally talented, experienced and confident digital marketing leader. You'll have in-depth expertise in digital product marketing strategy, leading performance marketing and driving hands-on execution across AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook, social and search/display media buying and optimisation.
As the Digital Performance Marketing Manager you will have strong experience designing and leading high impact campaigns, a passion and strong vision for the Big Idea, and be effective at delivering integrated creative and, or media execution with agency partners, and be proactive, open to change, able to build excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders, and highly effective and organised, you'll be able to manage multiple product marketing demands with competing deadlines and priorities.
You will need to have 2-5 years experience in Digital Marketing, including Performance Marketing with skills such as DoubleClick, DSP, Adwords and Social Media to be considered for this role.
