This is an amazing opportunity become a digital optimisation manager for one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the country, who's annual revenue exceeds £2bn per year. Despite this tremendous amount of revenue, the company has less than 800 employees.
You join a highly established analytics function, reporting directly into the head of optimisation, working alongside two technical optimisation specialists.
What will you be doing?
-Collaborate with the product, marketing, content and development teams - aiming to deliver expert user experience
-Defining the appropriate optimisation strategy
-Identify, support and help lead optimisation propositions
-Present findings to senior stakeholders
What do you need?
-Strong Optimisation/CRO experience
-Experience conducting A/B and MVT tests
-Experience with online testing platforms such as Maxymiser, Optimizely, Sitespec, or similar is desirable
-Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills
-Excellent understating of digital marketing/e-commerce
-Proven track record of improving Conversion Rates
-Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience
