Your role is to analyse our digital content, customer journey and competitor information and in doing so, use your data and insight expertise to create a robust test programme. Once prioritised the test programme needs to be delivered in a timely and compliant manner with the goal of improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
You’ll work with a variety of external partners and internal colleagues across the business; bringing their thoughts and experience into the mix, along with your own. You’ll ensure test plans and hypotheses are robust, any ongoing development work is carried out and you’ll engage with the Digital Content, UX and development Team to implement any changes to the live environment. Not forgetting to have a clear communication plan to articulate the success of the programme in a collaborative way to all stakeholders.About You
Previous experience of designing, project managing and delivering test / campaign plans, knowledge of testing and optimisation tools (MVT, a/b) such as; Maxymiser or similar, with exposure to the wider digital mix including analytics, content and UX is essential.
You have the ability to work with UX and Designers to create innovative design alternatives, have a high-level technical understanding on how websites are built and have the ability to communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
You’re analytical and numerate and can evidence your ability to use data in order to make and prioritise insightful, innovative and creative recommendations. You’re naturally inquisitive, enjoy change and empower others to think the same way.
Lastly, you have strong relationship management and communication skills and enjoy working in collaboration with others; both face to face and virtually, using common language that both technical and nontechnical individuals can understand. You’re able to confidently articulate your own opinions, are welcoming of others and together, help influence and shape our future direction.About the Rewards
