This is an exciting, new role which has been created to lead the company's operational platform and customer usability, to drive, engage and convert traffic through the site.
CrowdProperty ( CrowdProperty.com) provides the opportunity for SME property professionals to borrow directly from individuals on a project by project basis. The company, in the three years since formation, is already operating profitably, and has a register of over 6000 potential lenders and 80 potential borrowers. The company currently offers 1 to 2 projects for funding per month and is projecting this to increase significantly in the next 2 years.
Many property developers and professionals in the UK are not getting the money they need to make profitable property projects happen. Most people are not getting as much interest as they would like from their investments.
The answer is simple. Give people a potentially better return on their money by allowing them to directly lend it to property developers and professionals looking for funding. That's why CrowdProperty exists.
Making money through lending to secured UK property projects is exciting. Before pledging money to a project, CrowdProperty aims to make their clients feel completely comfortable with how the platform works and understand why they are in a position to give their investors opportunity to make money work harder for them.
The company is fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority
The main objective for this position will be to manage the operational platform, to improve functionality and enhance the website experience so that all communications go through the site between both lenders and developers. The site will become a 'hub' for team collaboration in order to streamline processes and minimise delays.
You will be comfortable with managing multiple stakeholders and have the gravitas to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors.
The role additionally encompasses;
i.Streamlining and facilitating improvements in the borrower application process
ii.Standardising the pledge process and the related time from pledge to funds employment, by extending the number and range of underwriters that the company work with
iii.Recommending and then implementing lender marketing strategies
The company recognizes that this is a new role operating in a new and fast developing market which is closely regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The company offers continual training and development programmes to ensure all staff maintain their professional competence and qualifications.
This role will be suited to an individual ideally coming from a property background or with a strong interest in property.
