We are looking to recruit a digital media executive to support the digital media team for a variety of clients in industries including gaming, travel, property, leisure, finance and charity. The ideal candidate will have both display and paid search experience. You will be based within the media department of a large full service agency. This role offers great potential to succeed and grow in a thriving, highly successful agency.

Main duties

  • Creating weekly reports using Excel pivot tables

  • Assisting with preparation of PowerPoint presentations

  • Independently carrying out media research

  • Creating trafficking plans in Excel

  • Monitoring and reconciling campaigns

  • Media planning and buying across digital channels - desktop, mobile, social media etc.

Key requirements

  • Computer literate, i.e. good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel in particular

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Concern for and a superb attention to detail

  • Ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure

  • Ability to prioritise workloads

  • Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum of 1 year’s agency experience

  • Educated to degree level

  • Pro-activity and the ability to be able to work with the minimum supervision

  • A proactive and positive "can do" attitude
