This is an exciting position where the successful candidate will have sole responsibility for monitoring all traffic that comes in to the business via its website, tracking and booking in all projects.
You will ensure all work flows through the department smoothly and efficiently and that everyone knows what they are aligned to do to ensure client deadlines are met.
You will provide cost-effective running and management of the Creative department and the scheduling of work through Creative from all aspects of the business and ensure that, as an internal department the client is delivering work on time, on spec, on budget, and to the highest standards, right first time, every time.
Our client is looking for individuals with lots of enthusiasm and superior communications skills, who can confidently communicate to all levels within the business. You will be someone who enjoys planning and has the ability to negotiate diplomatically. Any experience of proof and pre-press checking would be ideal, and candidates must be IT literate with exposure to working closing with websites and social media.
