Digital Marketing Professional, seeking…….. … ?
The fact is, you’re just not sure?
You’ve established yourself as a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, Manager even, have successfully delivered campaigns, coached, led and mentored Apprentices under you, and are credible in your field. But now you want more.
I expect you have a love for all things Digital, and a love for learning – the two kind of go hand in hand – so why not share that?
The truth is, the supply of ‘job ready’ Digitally Skilled individuals just doesn’t meet the demand, and so we need people like you, to impart your skills and knowledge onto those who are going to help change that. We need skilled Professionals, with a background in Digital Applications / Marketing & Tech, to Coach our team of Tutors, who are in turn delivering a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Programme (Level 3, equivalent to Degree standard).
Now chances are, you’ll be thinking ‘but I have no experience/qualifications/professional training in Coaching.’ And that’s fine, so long as you have an in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, are educated to at least Degree level, Masters preferably, in for example Digital Marketing, Business Management or even Management.
With Course Content including the following, you’ll need to comfortably support Tutors within:
• Marketing Principles
• HTML5 Application Developer Fundamentals
• Google Analytics
• Customer Relationship Marketing
• Digital Marketing Campaign Management
• Digital and Social Media Strategies
• Search marketing, SEO, e mail marketing, web analytics and metrics, mobile apps and PPC
With a proven track record of results, you’ll naturally gain the respect of those Tutors you coach, not to mention Learners and Employers – both existing and new. Our client is a dynamic Training Provider, ground-breaking in its approach, offering an alternative approach to Apprenticeship Programmes, raising the bar, and offering its learners a genuine, quality alternative to University.
With your knowledge, expertise and passion for the subject evident, you’ll quickly become the face of the Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Programme, not to mention the Marketing Team, responsible for a team of 2 Digital Marketing Apprentices.
Definitely not for the feint hearted, this role will challenge you, will stretch you, but will reward you.
Working for an established Training Provider, in partnership with the British Computer Society, and the University of Wolverhampton, you’ll be part of a team that yes, works hard, but who knows how to play hard, knows when to recognise success, talent, and achievement. You’ll be rewarded by a competitive salary, holidays, pension plan and mileage (there’ll be some travel across the West Mids) plus support through qualifications needed by company.
And yes, of course experience of coaching/training in apprenticeships would be a definite advantage, what’s more important is the industry experience, an ability to engage others and a desire to succeed
