Our client is currently looking to expand their Digital Marketing vertical by adding a 360 Recruiter to the team. The business is a boutique Digital Recruitment Agency located in modern London offices. They are a close knit team with a really good team environment. The desk is a legacy desk so has an established data base of contacts and relationships to build on.
The ideal candidate will have 18 months plus experience and be able to demonstrate clear growth and understanding of the Digital Marketing sector.
The role is to focus on the permanent market but the candidate can come from a perm or contract background.
Location the client will allow remote working with the option to work from their London office. They also offer a flexible working policy where you can work either a morning or afternoon's core hours and flex how you make up the the other 4 hours this will allow candidates with commitments to tend to them without any issues and the hours can be made back either earlier in the morning or in the evenings.
Salary is up to 35k depending on experience with a leading commission structure and development plan.
Interview process will be an initial telephone call with the Director followed by a face to face/teams meeting with the Manager then a mini business plan face to face/teams meeting with both the Director and the Manager. There will also be a psychometric test to complete after the 1st stage.
