1/ Manage the planning, delivery and execution of all digital marketing
2/ Lead on digital campaigns, working with CRM databases and websites, and working with a range of external partner organisations.
3/ Create, develop and optimise successful PPC campaigns through Google adwords, social media and all paid channels
4/ Deliver turnover targets for sales generated via all digital channels with particular focus on PPC
5/ Use content marketing to draw audiences to our brand for engagement and future conversion
6/ Create email marketing to promote products and brands
7/ Suggest ideas and develop landing pages to optimise ROI and conversion
8/ Perform keyword and competitor research and manage all bid management for campaigns
9/ Develop new ways to acquire visitors, improve efficiency and retarget previous visitors.
10/ Create lead generation campaigns for telesales
11/ Develop new ways to acquire visitors, improve efficiency and retarget previous visitors.
12/ Ensure sector and product knowledge is always up-to-dat
13/ Track campaign costs to ensure there is no overspend
14/ Work with the Head of Marketing to ensure all paid search activity falls in line with the larger search marketing and digital marketing strategy
15/ Weekly reporting to Head of Marketing to review campaign performance/ costs
Key experience and personailty requirements as follows;
1/ Must have strong PPC experience - in particular Google adwords.
2/ Passion for PPC and digital marketing plus proven track record in driving successful digital campaigns (Google adWords certification preferable)
3/ Strong working knowledge of all paid search platforms, plus good working knowledge of Google Analytics
4/ Passion for optimisation - from UX to email marketing
5/ Confident working with data, analysing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies for optimising all digital channels
6/ Strong attention to detail
7/ Effective communication and reporting skills
8/ Strong track record in managing campaign budgets
9/ Must be a self-starter and able to multi-task
