Due to continued growth our client has a permanent vacancy for a Digital Marketing Manager. This role is remote, with applications considered from candidates anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for delivering engaging campaigns through the digital ecosystem. You will manage and own the end-to-end top and middle of the marketing funnel lead generation process, including its performance. You will also be responsible for driving unqualified leads through the funnel, nurturing prospects into marketing qualified leads.

You will ensure that the content across the digital portfolio is well-structured and engaging, to meet the ever changing and demanding requirements of users. You will be able to define the audience through tracking and measuring performance, increase engagement with the audience and offer.

You will support the strategy, automation, planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns aligned to objectives and priorities for B2B/B2C. Manage and segment data, maximise open rates and click through rates. Improve SEO and develop keyword strategies, optimise campaigns, track conversions and measure ROI. You will be a brand ambassador.

The Role

Own the creation and execution of the B2B marketing plan - delivering against the commercial targets for both new business and portfolio growth

? Create and execute a digital marketing plan, aligned to the sales and company direction

? Grow presence, following and engagement on all relevant social media channels

? Management of the digital eco-system

? Ensuring the alignment of branding through available channels

? Define, analyse and report on the roles key KPI’s as mentioned - forming recommendations for continual improvement

? Strong collaboration with Sales/account teams

? Maintain an efficient and effective workflow to ensure that all digital content is produced on time.

? Identify, track, and analyse key marketing KPIs, including marketing sourced, marketing attribution to pipeline, revenue, web and portal traffic, and partnerships.

? Measure success by analysing data and adhering to the marketing KPIs. Ensuring UK team are up to date with engagement levels and utilisation

? Work closely with cross-functional teams, and other business & association partners to create and

execute marketing programs and develop relationships critical for success. Contribute to Regional/Global marketing team.


Support sales leads with presentations and keep on brand.

To provide in house graphic design, and the production of images and photography to support

communications and campaigns.

To produce digital and video content to support campaigns. Work with creative and digital

teams, both internal and external agencies, to develop marketing content, campaign assets and

sales enablement assets.

Setting up templates, brochures, and portal management


To create, source and contribute content for email newsletters, the website, portal, and social

media activity.

To lead on production and distribution of email newsletters and bespoke digital communications

to members including accessible content

Building and maintaining the company mailing list


Setting up templates, brochures, and portal management

Support implementation, through pushing marketing needs and engagement.

Creating and hosting webinars to increase engagement and drive awareness.

Contribute to the development our social media strategy.

To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade.

The Person

Degree level educated or Equivalent Marketing Qualifications

Previous experience - 5+ years of technical Marketing experience with a focus on: Lead Generation, Digital marketing (campaigns/automation/content/social/paid/SEO), customer campaigns

Strategic mindset - Ability to think strategically and deliver project goals

Data Driven Mindset - ability to focus on the science and data behind marketing performance

Great communicator - a people-person, you’ll have the ability to build close-knit relationships with key internal and external people

Experience with Salesforce and Pardot (preferred)

Strong persuasive communication skills; able to gain consensus through influence.

Excellent written skills with impeccable spelling, punctuation, and correct use of grammar

Superior Microsoft Office skills

Experience of managing company social media channels.

Collaborative online software skills

Blog, CMS, CRM and email tools

Content management experience

Campaign/comms planning experience

Image editing/processing (e.g. Using Photoshop/in-Design)

Writing/amending basic HTML
