The Digital Marketing Manager role

You'll be working alongside award-winning marketers, media specialists and creatives that have been working together for over 20 years to provide an unrivalled approach to B2B marketing communications. You will within the digital and wider marketing teams and take active involvement in the planning, execution and optimisation of all digital campaigns to ensure campaign objectives are achieved and exceeded. It's a client facing role and channels typically include social, paid social, paid search, organic search and email marketing. Your focus will be to help build clients' brands, and deliver creative solutions to a wide range of complex communications challenges. You will also support the development of junior digital team members, taking a hands-on approach in their learning and deliver internal digital training sessions for digital/production team members and the wider agency team

What we're looking for

It is envisaged that you will have no less than 3 years agency or client-side experience handling digital marketing projects and campaigns. You'll definitely need strong experience with at least the majority of the following channels - social media, social advertising, SEO, PPC, email marketing, display. In addition, you'll also need knowledge of digital tools/platforms, particularly Google Analytics, as well as other channel specific tools/platforms, as well as an understanding the role of CRM and marketing automation in B2B.

What's on offer?

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be offered a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 + excellent benefits and the benefit of working with seasoned marketing and creative professionals as well as having the opportunity to work on campaigns that cross UK and Europe.
