I am supporting one of the top UK Charity brands in recruiting a Digital Performance Manager. This is a permanent role, paying up to £39,000 and will be based in Central London.
This amazing organisation are doing some really exciting things across marketing, communications and digital at the moment this role will be key in bringing a commercial focus to their digital work. Sitting within the wider digital team and reporting into the Head of Digital the postholder will be accountable for the successful delivery of the email marketing, search and insight programme.
The role has two line reports who will largely manage the Google Analytics and email marketing. The Digital Performance Manager will need to oversee the high quality delivery of these and get involved with the hands-on with testing and specific projects across these areas. One of the line reports is a Senior Digital Analyst with significant experience in this, so hands on analytics experience is less of priority although knowledge of it is essential for the role.
Email marketing will be a significant area of focus as the business is mid transition between systems and this person will be integral in the delivery of this, including everything from automated journey building to upskilling teams on email best practice.
Ideal Candidate will display:
- Significant email marketing skills
- A strong track-record of managing search marketing
- Demonstrable skills in managing PPC
- Line management experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience and experience
