Our client is a small, but perfectly formed creative agency that is working with some really exclusive B2C brands.
Based on the outskirts of Northampton, our client is easily commutable from parts of Warwickshire (such as Rugby, Coventry and Nuneaton), as well as Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Tucked away in a picturesque barn conversion, you’ll be surrounded by passionate and creative minds who love what they do.

Set in a picturesque, rural barn conversion, you’ll be the sole 'Digital Champion’ and main point of contact for a selection of first-class clients (the focus will be on one key client, but you will get involved in a number of other clients).
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for shaping digital strategies and initiatives for clients that drive traffic, engagement, sales and customer retention. It will also be down to you to implement these strategies, report on them and make suggestions for future improvements. Your job will include but is not limited to:
- Create digital strategy based on clients’ objectives and target market
- Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns across an array of channels, including PPC, SEO, Email and Social
- Measure, analyse and report (on campaign successes) - make suggestions for improvements
- Build and develop client relationships
- Create engaging and relevant online content (including creative copy)
- Be social media savvy (get the most out social channels for clients)
- Work with online influencers to create content and place products
This role is full of scope for the future too, as the digital offering grows, you could have the chance to build a small team and really drive digital forward.

You’ll have previous experience (ideally around 3 years) of developing effective Digital Marketing strategies - ideally for B2C beauty or FMCG brand. You’ll also be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and 'doing the do’ when it comes to digital implementation; ideally, you’ll have experience using tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Mailchimp amongst others.
As you’ll be working with a selection of clients on numerous digital projects, you must be well organised and enjoy multi-tasking!
