Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Managed Services & IT consultancy as the Digital Marketing Manager. If you have experience in increasing levels of website traffic and overseeing digital marketing activities including PPC, SEO and CRO, and dealing with external agencies, then this could be the role for you.

The Role and The Team

Based in Aldgate and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the Digital Marketing strategy and contributing to the content marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will:

  • Optimise the website to increase traffic and leads generated
  • Ensure appropriate analytics are embedded on the site to measure campaign effectiveness, user journeys and overall performance of our site
  • Report website performance and identify improvements to shape further activity or enhance user experience
  • Improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Hands on execution of PPC and display campaigns
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI / KPIs)
  • Work closely with other functions on website and content
  • Research topics and keywords and contribute to content strategy
  • Use Google Analytics to understand the behaviour flow of users throughout the site
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights
  • Engage with influencers to drive inbound links
  • Perform A/B and multivariate experiments

Skills/Experience

  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager and Search Console
  • Previous experience running remarketing and nurture campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of the latest SEO trends
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a B2B digital marketing position

Desirable

  • Dynamics CRM and ClickDimensions experience
  • Managing website content and strategy
