The candidate will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through the development of compelling digital marketing campaign initiatives for the EMEA region. This includes developing strategy and executions for business & business partners campaigns and initiatives across digital channels (EMEA regional website, country pages, social media, email, advertising, events, etc.). Critical to success will be the Digital Marketing Specialist's ability to work closely with the global Corporate Marketing team, especially the Brand & Advertising team and the US and Poland based Digital Marketing team, as well as the business marketing and business partner teams across the EMEA region. This person will have strong, demonstrable leadership and creative thinking skills. The candidate will be responsible for managing the EMEA regional website, content syndication, analysing digital marketing campaigns and activities on various digital marketing channels including EMEA regional website, social networks, online video and digital advertising. The candidate must be able to review complex data sets using a variety of industry standard tools and translate findings into actionable insights that inform or influence business decisions.
 

Develop and manage the EMEA regional website, working with the businesses and shared services to manage the content pipeline, update information and support digitial marketing campaigns, developing corporate content as required across video/social media/infographics and other channels.  Work with BNY Mellon's agencies to develop corporate digital advertising, SEO and social media campaigns.

Analyze complex sets of digital data to measure performance against KPIs across marketing and business development initiatives.

Support EMEA business marketers by providing reports, analysis and insights related to the effectiveness of content across all channels including video, social and email. Provide regional analysis and insights to Digital Marketing leadership team to inform user experience as needed.

Present findings to business stakeholders in a variety of forums including: one-on-one meetings, group meetings, town halls, webcasts, e-newsletters

Qualifications

Knowledge in maintaining and troubleshooting HTML.

Knowledge of business intelligence and user insights to inform content strategy and enhance effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Strong analytic, mathematic, statistical and creative problem-solving skills, supported by proven proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.

Experience optimising images for the web and working with video (including captioning tools).

Comprehensive knowledge and experience with digital metrics, conversion/audience segment/attribution analysis

Proven experience in the use of web analytics solutions (i.e. Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, Demandbase, etc.)

Experience in supporting non-technical users with content management support.

Experience with email marketing, social media marketing and event management systems (e.g. Exact Target, Twitter, Facebook, Cvent).

Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects with multiple levels of business stakeholders.

Must be a strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience in collaborating with marketing teams, digital/analytics agencies and related vendors to develop and/or deploy digital strategies and tactics.

Strong collaboration skills; team-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Ability to influence within a matrixed environment.

Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail.
