Cream Soda Recruitment are searching for a Digital Marking Manager to join a well-established and growing retailers based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Our client are a British brand with a heavy presence online as well as numerous stores across the UK.

The purpose of this role is to support the Head Of Online to develop the acquisition and retention strategy for all UK and international territories. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will identify and maximise on opportunities across all digital marketing channels to generate new customers maximise conversion of existing ones. The ideal candidate will have management experience, as this role would require coaching and developing two Marketing executives to deliver the strategy across all digital acquisition and retention channels. This role is being advertised as a FTC, however, they are looking to keep the candidate on permanently following this.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies across PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Retargeting Display, Organic and Paid Social channels
  • Develop and support the implementation of the digital retention email channel strategy, aligning the wider multi-channel marketing plan
  • Supporting and planning the analysis of digital marketing activity against KPIs; identifying opportunities and strategies for sales and new customer growth
  • Manage external agencies to support the strategy and delivery of all digital acquisition and retention channels
  • Develop the tactical testing and optimisation strategy for all digital acquisition and retention channels
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing Buying, Merchandising and Creative teams to align all digital marketing activity with the wider multichannel marketing plan, target customer demographics, product strategy and brand values
