The company are going through a fantastic growth phase and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise their digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Summary

It is essential, that you can use Hubspot, so you should know that platform inside out, and you should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The successful candidate, will work closely with sales, product management and senior management to define strategy and priorities and then launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Be a creative lead in developing innovative, disruptive and effective growth strategies
  • Own the Company website, planning and delivering content requirements and blog updates
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Define conversion points and optimise user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Additional desired skills

  • Experience filming and producing video and an understanding of video marketing tools
  • Photography
  • Competency using platforms such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
