Northgate are currently going through one of the most exciting times in our history. We’ve opened a brand new commercial hub at a prestige location in Reading town centre and we’re recruiting a whole new Marketing team there to help us achieve our goal of doubling our revenue in the next 3 years. As part of that plan we’re looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to work alongside our online partners
As our new Partner Marketing Manager you’ll be accountable for the development and delivery of our aggregator marketing strategy. Our new Partner Marketing Manager will also manage both the relationship and ongoing optimisation of our digital partners to drive increased value for our business. You’ll also develop our analytics capability to effectively monitor and optimise lead generation from key partners and you’ll constantly monitor and interrogate individual partner performance, addressing any issues as they arise. You’ll also manage senior stakeholder relationships with other business units and functions
In order for you to be successful in this role you’ll need a proven digital, ecommerce and marketing experience within the business arena and ideally with a consumer focus. You’ll be able to understand and create best in class user journeys and digital propositions, as well as being able to understand and work with analytics to streamline the user experience and e-commerce offerings. You’ll also need experience working with large aggregators/partners or affiliate networks
