The role specialises in the digital acquisition channels; search marketing, social re-targeting, affiliate marketing, programmatic display, tracking and reporting. Working closely with external agencies who will help to execute. You will create and implement strategy across these channels, increasing the brand's digital marketing activity.
Working within a team of three, this role will manage a coordinator.
Experience will have been gained across these acquisition channels in a previous Ecommerce/Digital role, and the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running.
*Take full responsibilities for the Paid Search performance across 9 European countries including the managing of budgets, you will help to educate the rest of the business of Paid Search best practice.
*Lead the development of re-targeting social strategies, working closely with different teams to execute appropriate strategies
*Lead the affiliate marketing activity by establishing key affiliate relationships.
*Manage the performance marketing budget
*Manage the external agencies
*Strong commercial outlook and excellent digital awareness.
*Strong relationship building skills
*Strong communication skills
*Multi-channel marketing experience
