A leading legal firm is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the team. The team partners with the firm in the development of the business, builds relationships with existing and potential clients and also manages the market profile.
The Digital Marketing Manager sits within Marketing & Communications part of the team and has the experience, skill and passion to help to create and embed a culture of digital marketing excellence across the firm. You will help develop, implement, support and track all key digital marketing activity across the firm and act as an ambassador for digital in an environment that is quickly learning to embrace all that digital has to offer.
The Marketing & Communications team works to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and support activities to meet the needs of the go-to-market groups, working with the BD team and providing guidance on best practice. In addition, the Marketing & Communications team is responsible for firm-wide marketing communications and ensuring consistency of the brand and communications.
Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications you will shape and implement the firm's digital marketing strategy and have a demonstrable passion for digital marketing and a commitment to creating compelling content in line with the firm's commercial goals. Given the pace of change in this area, you will be alive to new channels and techniques and have the ability to inspire those that may be less digitally literate to appreciate the value of a digital strategy.
Working with the PR and Content Managers, you will be responsible for planning and implementing digital campaigns that develop the firm's brand and enhance its reputation in key markets and sectors in support of its international strategy. You will work with the BD team and relevant fee earners, to develop and implement appropriate digital marketing activity such as digital advertising; take ownership of the continued development of a best in class website; build relationships with third party suppliers, developing a roster of creative agencies that can help in the development of assets and materials; enhance online ranking through the use of SEO, keywords and other activity and track and measure results and ensure all digital marketing communications are on brand.
You'll have proven experience in digital marketing and an interest and awareness of the latest digital trends and best practice; experience of leading and developing digital programmes; experience of working with Content Management Systems; experience of managing social media accounts; good knowledge of Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools; HTML knowledge; Photoshop skills desirable; have a proven ability to communicate concepts and processes succinctly both orally and in writing; be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and to anticipate and meet deadlines; a team player, with a positive, proactive attitude; and have had previous marketing experience within the legal sector or a professional services firm.
