Digital Marketing Executive

We are Currently recruiting for a Luxury Fashion Retailer looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their company.

Reporting to: Head of E-Commerce

Purpose of the role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous marketing experience who is looking to develop a career in digital and social media for a major, fashion brand.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll help to implement the digital marketing activity. The focus is on social media and being a driving force behind our social media strategy. You will be a person who lives and breathes social media, writing engaging copy, instigating innovative ideas and having a clear understanding of the value that social media brings to a high street Fashion Brand.

The core deliverables of this Digital Marketing role are to help drive better quantity of traffic, better quality of traffic

You will be highly analytical and someone who can justify campaign results through analytics and audience insight gathered from social media reports and Google Analytics. You will have a strong understanding of the latest digital display trends,

Must have experience of SEO, PPC, Display, CRM and Automation

Main Responsibilities

  • To create and implement our digital marketing strategy under the direction of the Head of E-Commerce
  • To create and write exciting, punchy content suitable for the website
  • To maximise SEO opportunities to improve our rankings in the UK and other key international markets;
  • To ensure all website content is accurate, accessible, consistent and up-to-date by systematically checking and updating web pages and also by removing information on a timely basis;
  • To draft our social media strategy and policies and ensure we are capitalising on publicity opportunities via social media channels (includes Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter);
  • To project manage the development of new digital initiatives;
  • To produce monthly reports evaluating the effectiveness of the websites and social media channels and make recommendations for improvements;
  • To maintain a thorough awareness of developments and trends in digital marketing and communications both nationally and internationally and make recommendations as appropriate to the Head of E-Commerce and the wider team
  • To help Optimise website performance and increase sales lead opportunities

To be considered for this role of Digital Marketing Executive you must have:

  • 2+ Years PPC experience
  • Solid, proven experience delivering paid search, display and SEO programmes
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platform (ideally Eloqua and MS Dynamics)
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Experienced in Retail
