The ideal Digital Marketing Executive will be ideally be CIM qualified with a thorough understanding of marketing automation tools, SEO, PPC and Google Analytics in a commercial environment. Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager the Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in helping the business meet and exceed its strategic growth objectives by increasing brand awareness and generating leads via the execution of various Marketing tactics.
The Digital Marketing Executive will join a leading global provider of voice-directed work solutions, with offices in the UK, France, Germany and North America at a time of impressive commercial growth.
*Develop and execute a 12-month digital plan, enabling growth ambitions to be realised
*Work with the UK Marketing Manager to plan and execute automated marketing campaigns, social media, SEO and other online marketing activities, to maximise lead generation and build brand awareness
*Collaborate with the wider marketing team across the group to ensure process and delivery consistency
*Work pro-actively with UK Sales team, especially the Commercial Excellence Manager, to deliver tactical activities to generate leads
*Create a content plan for quarterly campaign activities including regular newsletters based on the new GDPR preference centre - ensure a timely and targeted delivery
*Take ownership for all marketing data held within Pardot and all other digital marketing systems / tools / apps used, to ensure continued GDPR compliance across the group
*Liaise, research and build key relationships with internal stakeholders, the wider marketing team and with external agencies
*Generate digital engagement reports for the UK Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing and Strategy, based on activity results, KPIs and deliverables
*Review and refresh website with regular updates and recommendations to the wider marketing team to ensure an optimal user experience
Skills & Experience:
*CIM or Marketing related professional qualification
*Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing role managing and executing online campaigns
*Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO
*Excellent organisational and execution skills
*Professional, pragmatic and articulate
*Experienced in marketing automation tools such as Pardot
*An adaptable problem solver
