Our client, based in Kent are changing rapidly and have identified a need to strengthen their digital team to help maximise sales and engagement opportunities so are now looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Executive.

This will involve hands-on management of their paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google and Bing, on-site and off-site search engine optimisation (SEO), maintaining GoogleAnalytics tagging, and creating and maintaining digital content in order to capture interested traffic through content marketing/outreach.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Grow the share of traffic from SEO through hands-on optimisation, both on-site and off-site
  • Maximise ROI from paid search, display and remarketing campaigns on Google and Bing
  • Ensure reporting is accurate using Google Tag Manager and Analytics
  • Actively analyse inbound traffic with GoogleAnalytics, and maximise relevant acquired traffic by working with the Marketing Manager to allocate budget and resource accordingly
  • Produce rich written and visual content to aid acquisition and benefit the wider online journey
  • Must meet company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an on-going basis, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behaviour in completing job duties and assignments
  • You will be office based with occasional travel for company events and training

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years demonstrable digital acquisition marketing experience
  • A good level of written English
  • Current GoogleAnalytics Individual Qualification and extensive practical experience with the tool
  • Intermediate Excel skills; Basic Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous
  • A desire for ongoing learning and development
  • Sufficient HTML skills to optimise on-site SEO
  • Data-driven and tenacious; Flexible, adaptable, comfortable with change; Positive and friendly attitude

Education

  • Degree education preferred
  • A digital marketing qualification is desirable, but hands-on digital ability is more important
  • Will be required to study and pass BDIA Introduction to Dentistry course
