The goal of the Digital Marketing Executive is to create and implement online strategies to drive web traffic, brand awareness, conversions and support company sales growth using key digital channels – web, email marketing, SEO and SEM activities, and social media.
To support 5 divisions of the company with their websites and to achieve on line interactions and help build loyalty through unique, engaging, and results-driven digital experiences across digital platforms.
Provide digital expertise and a branded online presence to support each division of the company.
Build and maintain company websites and web pages using CMS and WordPress, ensuring content is optimised for SEO.
Maximise website user experience, content and effectiveness, achieving measurable gains in key website metrics and KPIs.
Identify conversion tools, and online opportunities to generate leads and maximize brand presence and awareness.
Drive maximum results through SEO and provide recommendations on appropriate online advertising, (including Google Adwords PPC), promotion and media spend.
Manage online campaigns, and continually identify digital marketing opportunities.
Work with external Marketing agencies to develop strategies and reach goals.
Use digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success and refine strategy for website, social media, content and email marketing activity and reporting on them as required.
Create and maintain a digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with product launches, campaigns, and events.
Photograph products on location for digital and print use.
Complete additional tasks as required by your Line Manager to support effective delivery of departmental services.
Educated to A Level/Degree Level/CIM/DIM Qualification
Excellent presentation, verbal and writing communication skills, working with people in a face-to-face setting, over the telephone and by email.
Ability to develop effective working relationships internally and externally, to communicate constructively with a range of audiences, gaining the rapport required to achieve best outcomes.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources.
Confident in the use of WordPress and CMS (Content Management System)
Expertise in SEO, SEM and UX
Excellent IT skills and the ability to understand and make effective use of social media.
Knowledge of Adobe Package, particularly Photoshop.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
9am-5pm Monday- Friday
20 days holiday + 8 bank
