Digital Marketing Executive
Salary - £24,000 - £30,000
Frank Wills are excited to recruit for a Digital Marketing Executive role working for one of our most highly regarded clients located across the Northwest region, this opportunity will be located at there Liverpool site working in their flagship Branch which offers an excellent Liverpool city centre location with Breath taking views of the city.
·Develops and executes digital marketing activities. All programs to be aligned with the company’s strategic direction and goals, under the direction of the Group Marketing Manager.
·Collaborates with senior leadership and peers in the development, implementation and administration of digital marketing programs to support business efforts. Acts as a brand ambassador, sensitive to design and requirements for consistency.
·Responsible for overseeing all digital platforms including but not limited to CRM, email marketing, websites, blogs, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube etc.), mobile marketing and internal applications.
·Maximizes Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and executes organic strategies into digital and social media efforts.
·Produces content, manages the process, and shares communications for both Group-wide and Divisional digital marketing efforts.
·Reviews, edits, and approves / prepares for approval all digital content, including website, social media and e-mail campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency in postings. Checks for factual accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation and style in alignment with the company standards and Group Compliance.
·Drives lead generation, lead nurturing efforts and aspires to convert existing clients into brand advocates through executing a digital marketing strategy that increases the Company’s brand awareness and credibility via online / digital channels.
·Evaluates current website optimization efforts, monitoring overall online presence, analysing and reporting on usage to ensure a rich user experience; supports the build and maintenance of future website.
·Supports the Group Marketing Manager in managing external relationships with outsourced expertise such as marketing consultants, design agencies and website partners; establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
·Utilises technical and creative expertise to support consulting services provided by the Company for clients seeking assistance to manage their specific marketing and communication campaigns.
·Monitors activity and serves as the brand co-ordinator on the Company’s digital media platforms including user engagement, event coverage and thought leadership.
·Co-ordinates responses to negative or inaccurate social media comments or posts with consistent and accurate organisational responses.
·Supports the Company’s graphic design functions in the development and management of digitally based presentation solutions for significant new business opportunities.
·Collaborates closely with the IT department and support functions at Hubspot and Acturis / Brief Your Market to execute advanced digital programs including CRM email marketing, website/digital lead capture and activation, digital content management and more.
·Evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of all marketing programs and services delivered; maximizes ROI of marketing budget.
·Supports Marketing Department at events, as required.
·Performs any other duties and tasks which management may, from time to time, reasonably request.
