Digital Marketing Executive (FTC)
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available within our talented Marketing team, we are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Executive who will bring a creative spark to our award-winning marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing a wide range of digital marketing activities and content that enhances our brand, website and marketing campaigns as well as elevate our social media channels.
This role is perfect for a highly creative marketeer who enjoys working within a fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate will be confident in using Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Adobe Express, (video editing and animation skills are a bonus) and have the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities, as you could be creating a brochure one day and managing our jam-packed marketing programme.
This opportunity would suit a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task and get stuck in. Every day is different!
Amongst other tasks, you will be responsible for the following tasks across the group:
- Be a brand ambassador and ensure all materials and campaigns are aligned with Academia’s brand guidelines and tone
- Develop high-quality and engaging content to support the groups’ marketing efforts including brochures, flyers, digital banners, videos, social cards, presentations, event materials and other ad-hoc materials
- Craft compelling and relevant copy for marketing assets, blogs, and emails
- Maintain the groups’ websites in line with SEO and SEM strategy
- Execute a programme of multi-touch marketing campaigns (group and partner-led)
- Manage the email calendar including the creation of emails and monthly newsletters; obtaining approval and distribution
- Align with the Alliances Team to create partner marketing campaigns and sales/customer materials
- Design social media posts and publish them in line with our social calendar
- Manage incoming leads, form completions, and ensure they are tagged and tracked on CRM
- Create compelling and stand-out paid social campaigns across all platforms
- Maintain digital library (SharePoint) to store all marketing assets
- Keep company data cleansed by updating the company CRM system
- Build new data lists and segments
- Analyse a range of digital metrics and provide a monthly report to ensure KPIs are met and support the Vendor Team with partner marketing reporting
Key Skills:
- Familiar working within a creative role producing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, videos etc
- Strong and confident user of the Adobe Creative suite (including Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Express and Photoshop)
- Strong and confident user using WordPress, ideally creating landing pages as well as updating and refreshing websites
- Broad knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
- Experience in managing and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of monitoring the email schedule - planning, creation and execution
- Social media expertise across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Experience working with Martech covering CRM, Word Press CMS, Email systems, SEMRush, GA4 and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience in KPI reporting as well as measuring and analysing campaigns
- Understanding the MQL lead process, data profiling and segmentation
- Ability to work as part of the team and complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines
- Experience in working alongside various departments and stakeholders
