Digital Marketing Executive - Fast growing investor backed healthcare business
Our client are a rapidly growing investor backed healthcare business. Due to continued growth and future expansion plans they have created a new role for a Marketing Executive to work closely with the director of marketing supporting various marketing strategies across the business. They are a passionate team who believe in innovation and continuous improvement. You must be a people person and team player, great communicator with meticulous attention to detail, who has experience in digital and design elements of marketing. A bonus would be experienced in php and html, InDesign and Photoshop and marketing automation tools such as Infusionsoft/MailChimp.
Responsibilities will include executing marketing plans / tracking marketing plans to budgets / ensure shared learning across the business / internal communications including with the board and shareholders / track online marketing / PPC including Google AdWords, Facebook, Bing, Instagram, LinkedIn / complete event management / create and review content for various channels i.e. online, print, social etc / website design, social media marketing, content creation and digital strategy / improve website and social media platforms including web presence and SEO / interact and negotiate with various marketing service providers / conduct market analysis, study trends and help to plan and execute focused marketing strategies / design interesting, eye catching marketing material / create and send html email campaigns.
You will have meticulous attention to detail and aesthetics to ensure accuracy and a consistent high standard of all marketing materials, strong copywriting abilities and command of the English language, experience in digital marketing including email, website, social media management, exceptional communication and organisation skills - must be able to manage multiple competing stakeholders and their needs, desire to engage in constant learning in your field, understanding of innovations and current trends within online marketing, ability to work with ambiguity, be a self-starter, have personality and lots of ideas!
Your technical skills should include proficiency in php and html, knowledge of CMS, specifically WordPress, experience with image editing and design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator, skilled in email marketing and automation, specifically creating and sending html emails in marketing software such as Infusionsoft and Mailchimp, understanding on website SEO optimisation and metadata, mobile and web design experience, as well as a working knowledge of usability principles and techniques, experience in developing and implementing paid social, paid search and email marketing strategies across various platforms.
You will ideally be degree educated with ideally a specialism in marketing with a focus on digital. A minimum of two years varied marketing experience. The business is non political and offers genuine autonomy and ownership to an ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career.
