Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator
As Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator at THT, you have an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills within a collaborative environment. This is a hands-on role with an ambitious and growing business with primary markets across Europe, North America, and Asia
You will play a key supporting role in delivering THT’s digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on creating engaging visual content. Reporting to and working with the Sales & Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Technical Marketing Manager and wider commercial team to help manage online content, social media, video and graphical marketing, email marketing, and website updates.
THT serves markets including battery safety research and chemical process safety. Our customer portfolio includes globally recognised and marketing leading brands in electric vehicle manufacturing, consumer electronics, battery development, pharmaceuticals, and reactive chemicals. The Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator will play an important role in effective communication and outreach to customers across the world, both in the generation of new leads and in maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with the Technical Marketing Manager to convert technical content into easily accessible marketing content for international audiences
- Create and edit digital assets such as images, banners, and infographics using tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar
- Create and edit video content for external marketing and product tutorial purposes
- Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Help maintain and update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Assist with SEO tasks including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page optimisation
- Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
- Work within the business’ CRM system to enter data, and analyse data to infirm marketing activities
- Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights
- Conduct competitor research and gather industry insights to support campaign planning
- Support the planning of events such as seminars, webinars, and trade shows
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination
Key Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of image, photo, and video editing tools
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe suite, Google Analytics, and/or similar
- Practical use of typical AI marketing tools such as: Canva, Surfer SEO, Heygen, Midjourney, GPT-5, Claude or similar
- Basic understanding of social media, SEO, and email marketing principles
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
Desirable Skills & Attributes
- Degree or qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Some experience in a marketing or digital content role
- Foreign language skills

We would consider part time working hours. Onsite working is required but we would also consider Hybrid working.
