Our client is an innovative online fundraising facilitator with a growing marketing department, and as Digital Marketing Analyst you will provide analysis and insights that will drive improvements in performance. You will become responsible for the analysis and interpretation of campaign performance and customer data to drive marketing optimisations. You'll put together daily, weekly, and monthly reports and make recommendations based on your analysis to drive additional user acquisition and retention. You'll build and execute daily email/newsletter campaigns in applications such as Dotmailer, MailChimp, and Campaign Monitor, using basic HTML and CSS coding where necessary and will become the go-to person for answering specific ad-hoc queries on marketing performance. Additionally, you will work closely with the UX/UI team to constantly look at ways to improve the performance and conversion rates from the website.
What we're looking for
We really need someone who's had some commercial experience in a similar role. You'll be at ease using Google Analytics, Dotmiler, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor, have basic Photoshop skills and knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL and databases. You'll be used to providing an outstanding level of reporting to key stakeholders and will have expertise in using data systems to drive decisions, and an analytical ability to report on key sales/performance metrics.

This is a growing organisation, offering a salary of between £23,000 and £25,000 plus pension, 25 days holiday, your birthday off and 3 paid volunteering days per year.
