Give as you Live is an exciting, innovative online fundraising facilitator enabling it’s users to generate free funds for over 200,000 UK charities simply by shopping online.

We are growing our team and are looking for an enthusiastic, data driven individual who will take on the role of Digital Marketing Analyst.

The Digital Marketing Analyst role is based within the Marketing team, providing analysis and insights that will drive improvements in performance. Within this role you will become responsible for the analysis and interpretation of campaign performance and customer data to drive marketing optimisations.

It's the perfect position for an Analyst with excellent numerical skills and knowledge of Excel and SQL who is looking to progress in their career. You will put together daily, weekly and monthly reports and make recommendations based on your analysis to drive additional user acquisition and retention. The role comes with a high level of responsibility and would suit a candidate who enjoys making a difference, especially as the organisation has strong charity links.

Role:

  • You will be responsible for building and executing daily emails/newsletter campaigns in applications such as Dotmailer, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor - using basic HTML and CSS coding when necessary
  • You will provide actionable insights to marketing team in order to influence evolution of marketing campaigns and improvements to the customer journey
  • You will become the go-to person for answering specific ad-hoc queries on marketing performance, providing a clear and accurate view on current and future positions
  • You will have expertise in using data and systems to drive decisions, and an analytical ability to report on key sales/performance metrics
  • You will have sound knowledge of web analytics and tracking codes to support digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics

  • You will have a track record of providing an outstanding level of reporting to key stakeholders
  • The Digital Marketing Analyst role will see you manage and share the reports and dashboards that track marketing performance
  • You will be working closely with our internal UX/UI team to constantly look at ways to improve the performance and conversion rates of the website
  • You will show demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases including database cleansing, monitoring and improvements

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge with training on various internal and external systems.
