Digital Marketing Account Manager
This dedicated Digital Agency has grown massively over the past few years and now has a large, passionate and professional team. They can provide Online Marketing services covering multiple channels including Paid Search, SEO, Content Marketing, Mobile, Social and all the associated Analytics / Measurement. Their clients are retained through quality delivery of campaign performance, but equally importantly, through quality Client Servicing - that's where you come in !
You will need to have a sound knowledge of PPC (ideally with Google Adwords certification), SEO and Social Media. You should have a strong analytical nature and be able to review campaign performance. Finally, you'll need to be able to build client relationships, maintaining the company's impressive retention rate.
You'll be responsible for planning and forecasting, reporting and presenting campaign performance to clients, across multiple channels -primarily PPC, SEO and Social (they are happy to provide additional training in SEO and Social Media if your existing skills set needs improving). The role will also involve identifying any potential opportunities for improvement, and working with colleagues on new business pitches. Strong Excel and written English is essential.
It's very likely you will have some agency-side experience. However, if you have strong cross channel experience, and can demonstrate excellent Account Management skills in another areas, you would definitely be considered.
