You will coordinate a variety of instructional design and development activities and projects, including the growth of online courses, digital content creation, innovation projects and working with faculties to design and embed blended approaches. Remaining up to date on digital learning methodologies, including new and emerging approaches to learning and development will be key to the success of the role.
As a key role within curriculum development, you will work closely with the Quality team in the development of blended learning across full-time curriculum closely on bids and external projects related to digital learning and innovation, including work associated with the West of England Institute of Technology.
Being an excellent communicator with good project management skills, you will work collaboratively across Weston College Group at all levels to identify further opportunities for digital enhancement.
This role reports to the Director for Technology, Learning Resources and Skills for Progression.
