My client is an international corporate organisation, who are looking for an experienced Digital Learning and Development Manager who can really revolutionise how the whole business across the world get to change the way they are learning for the better.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a professional services environment and be comfortable working with stakeholders across the business. This role will ideally be based in Leeds or Sheffield but they will consider other offices, such as Birmingham and some homeworking will be available.

Duties for a Learning and Development Manager:

  • Have experience in developing and designing digital learning material and solutions that can be rolled out across the UK and International based offices
  • Have an excellent understand of the learner's process and use this to help build the best ways for learning
  • Delivery of digital learning across the business
  • Project Manage the implementing of new learning and development programmes
  • Working closely with Stakeholders to understand the needs of the business
  • Be the Firm’s central contact for digital learning expertise

Personal Specification for a Digital Learning and Development Manager:

  • Must have experience in Digital Learning and Development, ideally across international offices
  • Must have excellent knowledge of the learner's process
  • Ability to create new strategies and ideas
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience in leading and project managing complex L & D Projects

The salary will depend upon experience, circa £50,000 - £80,000
