An exciting vacancy has arisen to join our Digital Insight team as a Digital Implementation Analyst/Specialist. This role supports Carnival UK’s two great brands, P&O Cruises, which has the largest UK market share of cruise holidays, and Cunard, a legendary luxury brand.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for driving the best value from our digital marketing technology stack and enable the business to embed analytics with each new project, development, optimisation testing and other marketing technology tools. You will ensure that our technologies are set up to accommodate current and future business commercial strategies.

This is a busy and varied role will give you the opportunity to work closely with other team members and stakeholders within Marketing, CRM, Data Science & IT. Both brands have invested heavily in their digital marketing and infrastructure with a move to Adobe (Audience Manager, Analytics, Target and AdCloud). You will be responsible for writing new tags in Adobe Launch using JavaScript / JQuery to extract, modify and utilise information on a website. You will act as CUK’s Adobe Experience Cloud & Marktech Administrator whilst managing the day to day relationship with IT, tagging vendors and partner agencies

About You

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge and experience is essential:

  • Tag Management Solutions, Web Analytics Tools & website optimization products
  • Working experience in JavaScript, HTML and SQL.
  • Orchestrating data layers
  • Proven experience of working with digital marketing and user experience teams.
  • Ability to troubleshoot code implementations.
  • UAT testing
  • Data analysis techniques and advanced Excel

In addition you will have A Level - including Mathematics and or a Science or equivalent qualification

You must possess good communication with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
