Artis Marketing are exclusively supporting one of Devon's most exciting employers as they look to recruit a Digital UX Designer. This online retailer has seen extraordinary growth since its creation 10 years ago and are now building a high performing digital marketing team, under a dynamic new Marketing Director, to continue driving this success.

This is a great opportunity for a junior designer to take the next step in their career with a growing brand, working in recently refurbished offices with a forward thinking and social culture.

This is a key role in delivering the organisation's marketing engagement and retention goals, through the creation of a sector leading user experience. You'll also provide a creative design service to the wider marketing team, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to continually improve the UX and UI as well as supporting in other areas including emails, onsite banners, social creative etc.

You will also:
*Support the UX and Engagement Manager to create a programme of measurement
*Collaborate with development team to ensure UX/UI work is understood and the customer experience is correctly translated to live environment
*Understand customer journeys to inform creative decision making
*Be the custodian of brand guidelines and be the first point contact for external creative agencies
*Be measured on growth in revenue and profitability generated through improvements in conversion rate, bounce rate, data acquisition and average order value, as well as growth in brand measurements and improvements in customer sentiment measures (i.e. NPS.)
Ideally you'll have:
*Experience working in a similar role within an e-commerce organisation or digital agency setting
*Naturally collaborative approach, with excellent communication and team player skills
*A data driven mindset with an understanding of GDPR and other relevant legislation
*Skilled in Adobe and UX software
*Degree in design or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
*Exposure working in a fast paced and high growth environment

In return there's a competitive salary on offer up to £25,000 plus discretionary annual bonus, a yearly salary review and further benefits.
