Digital CRM Manager




This role will drive the digital personalisation and segmentation strategy for the business, mostly focusing on email marketing and on-site experience. You will work closely with the e-Commerce and Brand teams to define and execute marketing communications. In addition, you will manage a production schedule and a small team of content producers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop the email segmentation strategy, using data to personalise email content.
  • Create automated email programmes that are triggered based on customer interaction and events.
  • Review the email plan and add dynamic content that complements the brand messaging.
  • Match customer segments on the site to tailor their experience.
  • Test different strategies and roll out to other segments.
  • Create personalised content for key segments.
  • Manage the content production schedule, working closely with the e-Commerce and Marketing team.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all content is created to a high standard and tested across devices.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred - preferably in a marketing discipline.
  • Extensive experience in online / e-commerce, including at least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills and ability to work in a diverse setting.
  • Creativity / innovative thinking to drive accelerated growth of the business.
  • Passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • Passion, determination and energy.
  • Experience of using Email Service Providers and Content Management Systems.
  • Experience of using Emarsys and SalesForce Commerce advantageous.
  • Experience in the retail sector and / or experience working in a digital agency.
