My client has a fantastic opportunity for a talented Digital Designer to join the established creative team, helping to take national and regional brands to the next level. Under the direction of the Head of Web and Creative Director you'll be working closely with an inhouse web development team, and will be responsible for all aspects of the visual identity of the agency's clients and their brands.
What you will be doing
The Digital Designer will be principally responsible for the creating designs that will work across multiple channels and devices including, mobile and desktop sites, email, social media, infographics and interactive content, ensuring that the user experience is consistent and using the latest digital design techniques.
You will provide support and creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns. Using your creative and technical abilities, you will be able to rapidly create prototypes to demonstrate the potential of ideas and subsequently be able to take a design from concept to production across a variety of media.
You will gather feedback from key stakeholders and clients on a regular basis to ensure that all design output meets or beats their expectations and is consistently delivered to the highest possible standard.
You will be passionate about digital design and be expected to keep your design and technology skills up to date. You will be supportive of the rest of the team and willing to adapt your workflow and tasks in order to deliver to the highest possible standards and meet deadlines.
This is a fast paced environment and you be expected to think on your feet and quickly adapt to any client or project changes.
What my client is looking for
Proven digital design experience (ideally a minimum of 2/3 years), plus strong portfolio.
*Typesetting & Design Layout
*Adobe CC Creative
*Strong UI principles and with UX mindset (prototyping tools are a plus - adobe XD, Sketch, Invision)
*Motion graphics, and an excellent understanding of digital design platforms and resolutions
*Proven ability to identify and adapt output for a given audience
*Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and deliver to tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills
You will be a collaborative team player who thrives on the energy of working in a busy agency environment

Norwich based role, with some regular travel to their London office.
