Digital/Creative Recruitment Consultants
To £30k basic + commission
You will currently be a recruiter who works in an agency environment who is interested in the digital and creative recruitment market - you do not need to come from that recruitment sector as the client is quite happy and used to cross training people. They cover both perm and contract roles so again, it does not matter what desk you have built previously. What is more important is that you can demonstrate a strong track record of success - have at least 1 years recruitment agency experience, have an interest in the creative market and be comfortable with not being suited and booted each day to go to work - this is a much more casual environment but still sales driven.
