My client, a leading retail and consumer business based in the north Birmingham area, is looking to recruit a Digital Coordinator to focus on social and email channels.
A well established B2C organisation with a range of different brands. My client is based just north of Birmingham. The Digital Coordinator will join a growing digital team.
The Digital Coordinator will, alongside the wider digital team, be responsible for developing digital campaigns that engage, inform and activate customers. You will support the strategy to gain new customers and retain existing customers. The role will encompass:
- Grow, manage and enhance social media strategy
- Manage email marketing activity
- Support SEO strategy including content production and briefing external parties on outreach activity
- Support Paid Search strategy
- Monitor and develop existing online portfolio
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills/expertise:
- A broad digital skill-set will a particular focus on social and email
- Experience of using Hootsuite
- Experience managing campaign across multiple digital channels
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
