Pontoon has an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest and most advanced digital communications company in Britain, delivering mobile and fixed communications services as a Content Manager.

You'll be responsible for creating clear, concise and accurate information for their Help and Support service online, offering continuous improvements for the customer journey.

What you'll do:

  • Optimise and manage customer-facing Help & Support content across the digital estate
  • Create simple customer solutions by shaping our systems to meet their needs

  • Tune your approach by using our suite of tools to AB and multi-variant test

  • Own and oversee a range of high-priority projects

  • Build strong relationships with Technology, UX, Design and Content teams

  • Be our Subject Matter Expert for Help & Support

Beneficial Experience:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Show a record of media/telecoms industry experience, particularly around product and service

  • knowledge

  • Be a Highly organised individual

  • Proof-reading of copy/content with a good eye for detail is key

  • Empathise with customers and understand their needs

  • Be commercially aware
