You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of content for the company’s business sector (e.g. Schools, Colleges and Work Based Learning, or Higher Ed., rest of UK and International) across their UK websites.
You will be responsible for publishing consistent, high-quality content; improving customer experience; increasing engagement; and building brand loyalty. You will work closely with the UK Content lead, Digital Content Managers for our UK websites, content creators and stakeholders across the company, all while maintaining a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and to be a team player
The team is looking for someone with Jira or similar ticketing system experience. Google Apps experience is essential to have due to the company using Google products. Attention to detail is a requirement as the job will essentially involve checking content coming from Marketers within the business looking to update content on the company’s websites. Shortlisted candidates for interview will need to complete a personality test.
The position requires a digitally savvy marketer with 3-5 years of experience managing updates in a content management system; experience in education a plus. You must also have an appreciation and experience of print and web layout, design. A Positive attitude and team spirit in addition to excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills is essential.
