As part of the Insights function of the business the team provide an internal service to different marketing functions of the Wiggle business.

We are looking for a Digital Communications Assistant who is passionate about cutting-edge front-end technologies to join our progressive marketing team of professionals developing and delivering exciting campaigns.
What will you be doing?
The Digital Communications Assistant will support the application of technical customer marketing and digital communications activity. The post holder will administer our product-led and customer-led communications delivered through our digital communications system.
The post holder will be the primary contact for the publication of our e-mail campaigns, responsible for managing the design assets provided by our experienced design team. Using your technical knowledge and experience with scripting languages, you’ll support the administration of our digital Communications.
You’ll play an essential role in the delivery and execution of our personalised and recommended customer content, and developing our segmentation and customer communities, as we seek to develop first class solutions to engage with our customer base. The post-holder will be exposed to a range of marketing activity in a fast-pace digital eCommerce environment.
Knowledge skills and experience:
We are looking for Digital Communications Assistant with a high attention to detail, strong planning and organisational skills, and a solid understanding of technical code including HTML and CSS.
You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for e-commerce.
The core skills required for this role are:
- Working collaboratively on global campaigns and liaising with stakeholders worldwide.
- Technical knowledge of building/editing emails or websites
- Experience of working with multiple languages
- Experience working with marketing database systems
- A passion for the customer journey
