They now have an exciting opportunity available for a Digital Communications Assistant (13 month Internship) to join them to plan and support the team’s digital communications through generating web and online content and executing agreed social media strategies, providing timely updates, evaluation and analytics to relevant stakeholders.

Working with the marketing team to keep the content on our website and social media sites up to date and fresh, you will create, plan the and release short social media videos and ensure that planned projects or campaigns align with the Communications strategy and that internal and external communications are in synergy.

Monitoring, updating and providing feedback on identified social media accounts in a timely manner, you will work with the Communications team to research, plan and develop regular weekly social media content planners and will research and evaluate social media campaigns and schedule in social media posts on an ongoing basis to ensure a regular stream of content.

With strong IT skills including Microsoft Office software in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, candidates should have knowledge of social networking technology and applications as well as adobe design packages and video editing and be capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
