Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Digital Campaign Manager to take on the running and growth of my some of my client’s biggest paid search and paid social accounts.

My client are looking for a paid search specialist with proven experience of paid search on all platforms, especially Google AdWords. You will be passionate about Digital Marketing/Paid Search and be keen to be in a client facing role, being the main point of contact for their clients, along with being proud to be part of a team that is growing quickly and making an impact with their work.


  • Being the main point of contact for new paid search clients, along with growing the company’s current accounts
  • Developing and managing paid search strategy’s from beginning to end, from coming up with ideas, implementing them, then analysing and reporting back to clients about the results of the campaigns
  • Generate leads for complex sales cycles
  • Work with the wider digital team to assist in all areas of digital marketing
  • Meeting with clients to discuss the strategy and results
  • Managing account finances and forecasting
  • Pitching for new opportunities (to include presentations)
  • Taking a highly consultative approach when devising client strategies


  • Proven experience within a Paid Search role
  • Extensive experience using Google AdWords (certification is advantageous)
  • Experience in paid advertising on all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Etc)
  • Understanding Digital Marketing/SEO and how it compliments Paid Search
  • You will have an entrepreneurial mind-set, and confidence to meet with clients in order to start new accounts and to grow current accounts
  • Planning and implementing paid search campaigns from end to end
  • Client relationship / marketing account management
  • Team working
  • Be proactive and passionate about your working and seeing the success of your team
