Central Employment are delighted to be supporting a fast growing and already successful full service digital agency in the North East, as they look to recruit a commercially savvy and experienced Business Development Manager, with a proven track record in selling digital marketing solutions.

Purpose of the Business Development Manager:

To help achieve the agencies goal of becoming the leading full service digital agency in the North East, they are looking to recruit a seasoned digital marketing sales professional to contribute towards their continued growth. The successful candidate will be professional, confident and passionate about supporting companies across the UK with their online marketing. You should have the drive to succeed, be able to manage their own time effectively and exceed targets on a regular basis.

Overview of the Business Development Manager:

? New business acquisition
? Identifying potential customers & qualify leads
? Generation of own leads & meetings
? Consultative pitching to key decision makers at a senior level
? Achieving and exceeding monthly targets

Key Attributes:

? Consultative sales approach with a commercial understanding
? Able to manage to maintain a good work / life balance
? Ability to effectively manage own time and diary
? Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
? Ability to explain complex services in a way that clients will understand
? Adapt communication style, language and content to the situation & prospect
? Ability to build & maintain strong, lasting business relationships
? Create and present proposals
? Ability to close deals

Experience:

? Minimum 3 years experience in new business development
? Great knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, Website Development, Graphic Design and Social Media
? Proven track record in this industry
