You will assist in the organising and maintaining all online imagery including; banners, buttons, product photographs, videos and other digital media. Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to ensure all content required to serve on the live websites is available in the appropriate format and in a timely manner
  • Assist with the assets and catalogues, tagged and stored logically for ease of location
  • Assist with the delivery of all digital assets in a timely manner to the various website and back office platforms
  • Image conversion and manipulation to ensure assets meet pre-defined specifications
  • Liaise with internal departments and other departmental managers to ascertain requirements
  • Quality check own work to ensure all information uploaded is accurate and correctly rendered
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry developments making recommendations to senior management where appropriate
  • Other duties commensurate with the role as required by management

Profile

Key Skills:

  • Previous web content management is essential
  • Experience of image manipulation software including Photoshop, Indesign, Lightroom
  • Experience of Mac OS X and virtualised operating systems running on OS XComfortable at multi-tasking and progressing several projects at varying degrees of completion at the same time
  • Possess a high level of personal energy and time management skills to ensure completion of projects on time, on brief and on budget
  • Experience of working alone using initiative and/or as part of a team
  • Have a flexible approach to the working day
