McCann Digital Studio Overview

McCann studio is responsible for the high quality delivery of print, press and increasingly digital formats across a wide range of clients. We are looking to create within the traditional studio a dedicated team to work exclusively on our digital output.

Role Overview

As Digital Artworker, your main responsibility is for the production, modification and despatch of Studio HTML 5 assets. This involves working closely with designers, in using semantic mark-up language i.e. HMTL5/CSS, to turn their static Photoshop designs into working web banners using Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer and email shots via providers such as Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp, Adapt and using tools such as Dreamweaver and other IDEs and ensuring these are responsive and mobile friendly.

Role Duties / Tasks

As Digital Artworker you’ll also be responsible for:

Providing accurate timing estimates on work

Banner & email creation

Quality Assurance

Asset creation & preparation using the Adobe CC Suite

Contributing to the company development standards working closely with the Digital Technical Director, Studio Digital Manager & Director

Discussing and working with new and modern technology in order to further our offering and provide innovative solutions for our wide range of clients.

Maintaining a high awareness of industry trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, emerging technologies and performance

You will be expected to support & help other team members

Skills / Expertise

1 year of commercial experience, ideally within an agency environment.


Adobe animate

Google web designer

HTML, CSS, basic Javascript

Adobe CC Suite

Email standards and best practices (including using tools such as Litmus)
