As a digital analyst, you will play an essential part in supporting marketing decision-making; utilising Google Analytics, you will monitor and optimise website performance to boost conversion rates by providing the best customer service available. Using Google Tag Monitor to monitor traffic flows, and running A/B tests based on your analysis, you will gain an understanding of customers and their behaviour and use this as a basis to positively influence their interaction and engagement with the website. Any experience with PPC and SEO is a plus, as it will be needed.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:
- Tagging and Implementation using GTM
- Ownership of A/B testing
- Optimisation of customer journey on the sites
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful lead web analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong abilities with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, having used them in a data-driven commercial environment
- Experience suggesting and performing A/B testing in order to optimise conversion rates
- An Interest in pushing the limits of analytics
£25,000-£30,000 (dependent on experience)
