Position: Digital Advertising Manager - full time

Location: UK (remote)

Reporting to: Director, Digital Marketing & eCommerce (USA, Los Angeles)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Agency oversight and briefing with relevant EU priorities.
  • Leading & evaluating cross departmental communications, priorities and strategies for digital marketing topics.
  • Setup and improve digital marketing campaigns incl. budget monitoring.
  • Comprehensive monitoring, tracking and analysis of campaigns as well as continuous evaluation of relevant KPIs and creation of outstanding reports.
  • Optimization & development of lead generation funnels with a customer focused view.
  • Creation, monitoring and improvement of landing pages.
  • Customer journey and conversion rate improvement.
  • Briefing & evaluation of media assets.
  • Affiliate partnerships and commission based Influencer marketing.
  • Develop innovative strategies to improve and expand our digital activities by evaluating new advertising channels and campaign types.
  • You monitor the market, trends and competition in the SEA + SMA environment and are always up-to-date with existing and emerging channels.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least three years of professional experience and a degree in the digital sector or commercial vocational training with a focus on e-commerce / online marketing.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of SEA and SMA, in particular Google Adwords Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Meta Ads and Pinterest.
  • Well-founded knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
  • Knowledge of Google Looker Studio and Tag Manager is a plus.
  • You are familiar with CMS/shop systems like Magento or Shopify.
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, coordination, and management skills.
  • You are interested in a diverse range of tasks, combined with a high level of diligence, flexibility and organization. You are highly motivated to work and follow your tasks consistently.
  • You are a team player and have strong diplomatic skills.
  • Personally, you impress with a high degree of reliability, an open manner and an independent way of working.
